Franklin County Public Health’s mosquito management program sets over 150 mosquito traps throughout the county each week. FCPH use a variety of traps to sample the population, look for specific mosquito species and perform WNV testing. We provide to the public the data collected from our traps that includes the number of mosquitoes, species and WNV test results.
